Dr. Seuss Cat in the Hat bedding

posted 12th Oct
My SO and I are doing our sons room in Cat in the Hat theme. All the bedding I have found has been crazy expensive. Does anyone know of a website or store that sells it without the 4 pc. set costing $200?

I saw some lovely fabric at my local fabric store, I bet you could find some online and make your own. Do you have a sewing machine?

Target has toddler sets they might have baby sets.

I personally get toddler sets for our nurseries. It gets used longer the comforter is actually useable and we don't use the bumper anyway.

No we have a Dr.Seuss nursery for our daughter and it was expensive everywhere. We have the pottery barn one. And for the people suggesting the fabric you can only buy it through etsy pretty much and it's not cheap either lol.

Yeah after my mom it's $70 just for the bumper, she just wants to get fabric and make it for me herself. I just can't see myself spending on bedding what I spent for the crib.

I've actually seen the fabric at our local fabric store and at Hancock fabrics.

I love the Cat in the Hat. My friend loved the CITH and even has a picture of him dressed as the cat on his headstone. He seriously loved him   So now the cat reminds me of my friend that passed away. I'd just buy fabric and make the bedding myself, it's more special that way too!
