She deleted me... =/

My best friend, that I've known since kindergarten, deleted me off her friends on facebook. I haven't been able to get a hold of her. I don't understand. I don't talk to her often. She lives far away and I've been really wrapped up in my life. We are expecting a second baby and in the middle of moving and drama... etc. I did pick her up for my baby shower a couple of weeks ago and took her home. I don't know. Maybe it's her faith. She's been getting really religious which is great but I don't understand why she is still friends with all our other friends. Why me? I don't know. I love her.


Besides my sister in law and my mother, I really don't talk to many other people. =( It just makes me sad and hurt.

Wow im sorry   id be really hurt too. why dont you call her and ask her about it.

I'd be upset, too! I have a friend that I have had for YEARS and even though we don't hang out all the time or talk all the time, I'd still be hurt if she deleted me off Facebook and no one else.

Maybe you should just send her a private message and ask her why she did that . . Maybe it was an accident , or something like that . . . I mean if you guys are best friends I dont see why someone would do that .

Oh i understand why it'd be hurtful completely.

Maybe she is deciding not to use FB. Maybe she got it down to only really close family. There are a ton of reasons. If you don't talk to her much (especially on there) then I'd try not to worry about it.

I have had people be upset I delete them, but it has nothing to do with if I want them in my life or not. Just cause you aren't friends on facebook doesn't mean she is never ever going to talk to you again. JMO though.

its not the fact that its facebook...its the fact that ther person has to take time and effort to delete you for a reason you don't understand.

I'd be upset too..could it be she's jealous? does she have kids?

However I'd also Ask her What happened.
Since even now I have random People Dropped From My FB, or I'm dropped from theirs. I Know 'cause I ask them, or they ask Me, & we're Friended again shortly after.

Sorry, mama. I'll delete distant acquaintances without any ill will, but when it's close friends there always seems to be a reason. Send her a message and ask her about it.
