I've lived on the streets before.
I'd honestly steal a candy bar and take the jail time.

Do prisons have air conditioning? Especially ones in the deep south. That might be a deal breaker for me!

Would rather be homeless..there is help out there to get you back on your feet. I can see why people would go to jail though. Well I guess if I was homeless in Alaska, I might decide on jail!

LMAO....I am sure defense mode would kick in..When it comes to our lives its amazing what we can do! Depending where youa re homeless at, you might be safer in jail
