Due in dec, but having complications

I'm 30 weeks now and two days ago I was put on bed rest. I was told not to do anything that could stimulate contractions or I would go further into premature labor. What would happen if I had him within the next two weeks. Would he survive?

You never know until they are born, however, generally at 30 weeks the odds are VERY good. Like over 95%. There would be time in the NICU, but they'd be okay.

Agaian, you never know until they are born, to see how their lungs are, but the odds are great.

Yeah your lo would have a great chance. A friend had her baby at 26wks and shes now 5yrs old. She needed to be on a vent for a few weeks then on oxygen for couple months but shes healthy now

Yes your LO would be fine. A NICU stay but they would be just fine.

Chances are your lo would be fine but more than likely in the nicu untiltheir due date. Hope your lo stays put!

I am hoping and praying that he stays in there till at least 36 weeks but I am having contractions everyday and they are slowly getting closer and closer.  

I'm also due in December but I'm 32weeks tomorrow. I just wanted to say good luck and hopefully your LO stays in longer! Chances are your LO will survive are very good after 28weeks. I hope he stays put though! Have you had the steroid shots for his lungs? I believe you need to have 2 of them 24hours apart it would help his lungs develop so if he were born early his lungs would be healthier! I hope that helps keep us updated!

Well I made it another week   but now I am having this feeling of a needle being stuck up inside me.   doesn't feel so good. Has anyone had this happpen to them? If so was it anything to worry about?

Congrats on another week, But the needle pain sounds odd.

I have had those al day today. Its a contraction. I ended up in L&D for 3hours! I would get it checked out to be safe. They ended up sending me home because I'm not dialated
