FIT and Happy BONUS!!

I have been thinking after some messages and comments regarding both "fat and happy" and "fit and happy" so I decided to post a bonus today.

I am NOT against overweight people. I am overweight. I DO believe that beauty comes in all sizes. Fitness is not a skinny thing. I want to inspire people who want to get fit no matter their size! We all deserve to be happy and healthy.
