Wow, I didn't have the sound on, so I don't know what was being said, but based on the video alone, I'd say he needs to be charged.

She was very irate and being disrespectful but my God that was brutal all he had to was call the police to get her off the bus or ask her to leave.

I agree both should be arrested.. I don't think she got what she deserved though. Him calling the police would have landed her in trouble not him but now he's going to be in trouble too even though she was being a smurf.

a verbal argument is not reason to punch someone like that. especially for a grown ass man to do that to a teen. just kick her dumb ass off the bus and if she refuses call the cops

They were both in the wrong but he should go to jail. 1: she's a female and 2: she's a teenager ...a minor? He should have been professional about it and had her removed from the bus, by police if need be.

Yea my stomach dropped. I complete understand, if you don't want to get hit keep your hands to yourself.. but come on he could have called the police and he would have not gotten in trouble. =(

I voted oh my god, but he definitely needs to be arrested. How unprofessional. If she was causing a sign he needed to call the police, not smurfing try to take her jaw off.

Exactly, he said he had a granddaughter.. now if some grown man hit her like that he would be ready to kill him.. I doubt he would have said you want to act like a man you get treated like one.

My opinion still stands. He's an adult, the penelty for an adult hitting a minor is much more than a minor kitting an adult.

She hit him, that's why he said that she was going to jail. I think he should have called the cops, especially after she hit him.
