He is definitely going to get charged though, there's a protocol drivers need to follow to handle aggressive people like her, (usually you stop the bus and callthe police to have them escort her off) nothing that involved the driver getting physical.

He should certainly be charged...but so should she! Correct me if I'm wrong, but it looks like the bus is moving when she's arguing with him and then she hit him. What if he crashed the bus because of that?! No man should ever hit a woman but she was being extremely stupid too!

it almost seemed like he regreted his choice at the end and knew he just smurfed up. I bet he lost his job and probably got some jail time

Exactly, which is why he might get in more trouble than her. Granted she hit him first but like you said they have guidelines to follow.

I am in California..and I had a girlfriend who was arrested..she was sleeping in bed her ex came in drunk and kicked her to wake her up..she straight kicked him back in the ribs..since there was a mark on hi she got arrested..charges were dropped..I just dont think its right for men to get arrested and not women. i agree. I hate the whole making the woman a victim nonsence. why can a woman hit a man but a man can't hit back. granted I don't believe physical fighting is ever good. "you can't hit her cause she's a girl" Smurf that! if I start a fight with a guy I expect I'm going to get hit back.

Both are in the wrong, and both should be arrested and prosecuted. He as an adult and being on the job should have restrained himself.
That being said I actually laughed when he landed that awesome upper cut. It's wrong but it's nice to see these teenagers who think they can say and do whatever they want regardless of who it effects be literally knocked down a notch.
I think it is total bologna that people pull the female card, if you are willing to hit someone be prepared for them to hit you just as hard back if not harder.

She's actually 25 years old. There is a later video with her telling her side of the story but when the reporter asked her if she hit the driver first she said she could not answer that question

IMO, they both should be punished. she spit on him which sparked it. people are also saying she's 25, not a teen
