This time last year I had lost almost 50 lbs. I was 4 lbs away from my goal weight. I guess I got to comfortable there and started eating whatever and gained 20 lbs back. :/ well at the beginning of last week I weighted myself and I weighted 150lbs. I'm 5'1" so that's pretty big for me. I was so upset but I decided to cut back on portion sizes and get back to eating healthy. I hadnt stepped on the scale since then but noticed my pants were a little loose so this morning I weighted myself and I've lost 8 lbs! I'm so excited and this gives me that motivation I need to keep going!
