Needing advice..pregnant????

My periods 12 days late and I normally have regular periods. Ive had other pregnancy symptoms(sore breasts, darker nipples, sore back, tiredness and nausea) and have had some cramps over the last day or to. Today while on the toilet I found some sticky brown/pink discharge and was wondering if it may be implantation bleeding??

I'm assuming you haven't tested yet but I suggest you do that since we can't really tell you...and the fact that it could be a million different things..
