Weightloss!!

Squeeee thanks to portion control, healthy balanced eating and at least 30 min excersise a day, I've lost;

............................Drum roll please.............................. 4 kg or 8.8lbs in the last 2 months  

That is taking me from 141 lbs (64 kg) to 132.3 lbs and my goal weight is 125.7 lbs (or 57 kg). My other goal though is to be healthy, toned and happy.

Anyone else have fitness and weight loss goals they want to share?

Thanks and good luck! I have been working really hard to eat better and exercises but not so much that it takes over my life- if that makes any sense?

I've actually found BG to be really great for support!

Someone on BG just posted something about losing weight and another woman posted a cool website that I am going to try out that guides you on what you should do.

I've found myfitnesspal and CalorieKing to be really helpful, some clean eating sites too. But, every now and again I'll absolutely demolish a clock of chocolate or chips

That's awesome! I feel better carrying less weight, I know I was not at a healthy weight for my body.

Haha, I am a big chocolate love myself so giving it up will be hard to do but rewarding I know...

I'd love a treadmill for home, I'd park it right in front of the t.v lol. You look great but I can understand wanting to lose a few kilos and get fit.

Balanced diet and exercise are two basic factors for losing weight.
Don't eat too much,drink maximum water.Say no to junk and fatty foods.
Exercise is necessary for being healthy and lose weight.Running,swimming,squats,push ups,weight lifting,are amazing for burning fats.Take proper sleep and avoid smoking.
