Yeah, My aunt takes them. and she is like 90 pounds but she says its hard. I wouldnt wanna do them. Id rather get a work out from insanity or something, even tho pole dancing is a good exercising, or going to be used for privacy in the bedroom.

Try it pregnant..lol Just kidding. I cant invert or even climb anymore..my tummy and larger than life boobs that never existed before are in my way. So now I just teach the beginning classes. lol
