Wait It Out or Better 2 Be Safe Than Sorry??

Ok so i have been having contractions since noon today. They were very irregular until around 3p.m. I'm EXTREMELY nauseated and i have a big headache. He's also kicking hard as i'm having a contraction. I have been having contractions since 28 wks and everytime i go in im never dialated and i get sent home within hours of them spreading out. My ? is should i just stay home and wait it out? I've been drinking water and trying to move around but nothin is working. I just feel like i'm 1 of those moms who go in for EVERYTHING but i don't know what is normal and what isn't. I've been timing them since 3:38 and this is how they are lookin.
3:38-3:39 4:16-4:17 4:42-4:43
3:43-3:45 4:21-4:22 4:48-4:50
3:50-3:51 4:25-4:27 4:54-4:55
3:56-3:57 4:29-4:30
4:03-4:04 4:33-4:34
4:11-4:13 4:37-4:38

personally i would want to stay at home aslong as possible...

Unless they're 5 mins apart, and regular, I wouldn't go in.

I had bad and regular BH a couple days ago and kind of thought maybe I should go in but I just waited it out

Try laying down and see if they slow down. I've been having braxton hicks that have been timetable as well.. see if they increase in intensity and if they keep getting stronger even with position change then get checked

Sounds good. I just have that type of family that like freaks out at 1 contraction and i never had contractions with my DS so i don't know when to take that drive to the hospital or not. Hate going in so much for nothin. I rather be at home as well just don't know if it sounds like labor or an end of the pregnancy type thing. Thanks ladies!

So they're still over 20 mins apart? Or am I reading that wrong?

It goes straight down and goes from when i get 1 until it ends. I don't know why it bunched up like that. I'm not very good at this posting thing. They have mostly been 5mins apart. Some less and some more but mostly 5 or so mins apart

Try reading it down. The first 2 times are for one contraction then go down to the next. So I am seeing they are close but not lasting long.

You're not due till Nov, with that many 5 mins apart at most, I'd go in.

Personally I would call and ask about it. But I dont think they are lasting long enough to be doing anything for your body to be dialating. They look as if they last roughly a min then go away till the next one comes along. Good luck if it turns out they want you in to have baby!!

Ohhhh gotcha. I was reading side to side.
Wait until they're 2-3 minutes apart before you go in. But I'd do whatever dishes or laundry you have to do and make sure your hospital bag is packed because it seems like this could be it.

I'm due the 23rd of this month.

I personally would want to stay home as long as possible but the 3 kids I have had have had extremely long labors and I find it much more comfortable to deal with it at home. This time around I plan to wait until my contractions are extremely painful rather then close together because my contractions become regular very early on but still took over 24 hours to become hardcore active labor. of course not every one is the same I just know that I don't want to labor long at the hospital. Hopefully I can make it to 7 cm at home before I even go in. I am also about 30 second drive from my hospital so chances are even if I cut it really close I will still make it to the hospital. Yeah its just like they peak up and i feel like im on a bad period lol i had back labor with my son so i'm feeling it in my back alot and my lower stomach. Of course i feel so much better until the next 1 comes. I will give a call if they continue for another i suppose. Thank you though!!

Sorry, for some reason my eyes went to Nov 7th? Maybe I seen someone else's.

Give l&d or your office a call, see if they want you to go in.
