Dilation??

I don't really know about dilation!!! Lol.
I'm 3+ and I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow. Is that a sign
of labor coming up fast?

Not always. I was 3 for a couple weeks

With my first I was dilated to 3 for 3 weeks and ended up induced. With my second i had my 39 week appointment and was not at all dilated with a thick, high, posterior cervix. I went into labor 12 hours later.

No, I have been dilated to a 3 since 36 weeks and I'm now 38 wks.
