Alyssa took a nap at 5pm & woke up at 6pm.

so hopefully she still goes to bed early tonight, I am thinking like 9pm

my daughter ALWAYS goes to bed at 9pm. even if she is not tired. she is 3. she knows what bedtime is. she has to lie there until she is tired and falls asleep if she is not yet. late nap is no reason to stray from the schedule
