Pre clampsia? 37 weeks!

I had my appointment today. I'm 37 weeks. I'm dilated to a 3+!
They sent me to the hospital to check my blood.
My blood levels or whatever came back higher then they wanted!!
So they sent me home to collect urine for 24 hours.

I'm having contractions. Theyre not to painful and there about
5 minutes...
Isn't preeclampsia bad?

If its bad enough you may have to deliver. Good thing youre term.

Does it effect the baby?

It can and the mom. I wouldnt worry, if it was dangerously high they would have kept you.

only if it progresses too far.
If they find high levels of protein in your urine and your BP is high, they may well induce you since you're term now.
They won't let anything bad happen! Just go in if your hands and face start to swell or you get flashing lights in your vision and a bad headache.

Yea, the found protein in my urine today.
So they have me doing the 24 hour watch!

Am 36weeks and 3days I was wondering the same thing too my blood pressure keep going up plus I have I sugar and am getting induce in two weeks if he not here yet I keep protein in my urine and I was worried am scared very day thanking something going to happen to my baby
