Constipation? (tmi)

Obviously this is gonna be a bit of TMI, I mean, I'm talking about poop.
Anyway, lol.

I'm really constipated right now   And it hurts. I went to use the bathroom and tried for like 5 minutes. It feels like I can and like I'm pushing *something* out but when I wiped nothing was there.

I didn't really eat anything different...
I can't go to the store, is there anything I might have around the house that could help me out?

Chocolate milk

That has happened to me before, too. I was taking a pain killer which slowed down my bowls so it wasnt "moving" everything along like it should.
Try eating beans, or anything with fiber. Drinking coffee ALWAYS helps me. Its my natural laxative.

Coffee, lots of water and fiber of any kind.
When you go to the store you should get Magnesium Citrate to get the bulk out then continue with a stool softener until you can better adjust your diet.

I wish I had some coffee, that'd be perfect

Uh no this will make it worse

High-fibre foods like fruit, lentils and veggies are good. Also make sure to drink lots of water.
meat and dairy makes you more constipated.

Maybe I should try hot tea.
