Quoting Christina Blue:" Hi ya'll. My husband and I found out that we will have a baby soon. We were not planning on having children, ... [snip!] ... at least 30 days of income for both my husband and I, I assume proof that I am a citizen and wedding certificate. Thank you!"
In Cali, you need your birth certificate, your SSC, and your car registration, as well as everything you already stated, and honestly you prob dont have a choice on what office you go to. They do it by zip code, and not all offices do insurance. Some only do FS and Cash-aid. I had to drive 30 minutes away from where I live, and go downtown, even though there is an office 5 minutes away from my house.
