Can't really see in pics that much.
Is this dry head scalp, dandruff or what is this? What can I do? Does it go away on it's own? Should I make appointment for pedi? Clueless

It's cradle cap.
Leave some baby oil in his hair for a bit, then in the bath, brush it out gently and then wash the baby oil out.

My son had BAD cradle cap and this is how we got rid of it.

They also sell some products for cradle cap

It looks like cradle cap. You can put baby oil on his head and easily comb it off with a soft comb.

cradle cap

noun
an inflammation of the scalp, occurring in
infants and characterized by greasy, yellowish scales;
seborrheic dermatitis of infants.

my son had cradle cap and he lost all of his hair before i noticed it wasnt going away. i started putting baby lotion on his head and it cleared it up right away and now he has all of his hair back. lol for awhile there he looked like an old man having no hair on top but all the thick hair on the sides lol

Ha ha we went through the exact samething. It was so cute, and super funny looking, especially since he had baby acne at the time too. Poor guy lol.
