Great job!! This was a HUGE learning thing for me too. I've been doing weights, and a lot of times I won't drop weight as fast as if I wasn't doing it, since I'm gaining muscle to replace the lost fat which sort of slows my overall scale drop. I have to remind myself that I am STRONGER and HEALTHIER then i was before, no matter what the scale says, or the mirror for that matter. I can lift more then I used to. When I was running, I could run further then I used to. THAT is proof that my body is changing and getting better, no matter if it "shows" on the outside.
