I always start with my diet first. If my body isn't fueled properly no amount of working out will help, and I won't even feel like working out to begin with. Take some time to get a steady, healthy diet routine in place then tackle the exercise. As for how you do it...that kind of depends on your schedule and what you like. Personally I get a fantastic workout just by running 20 minutes a day, but it's starting to kill my knees. Experiment with different things, and just keep staying active : )
