really worried !!!!!! plz help

I just cleaned my house and used bleach . Is it bad to use bleach when pregnant ??? Is their any health risks ???

Its a chemical. There's health risks whether you're pregnant or not.

i use it occasionally dilated and have windows fans going
but i would spend 8 hrs cleaning with it.. like i do my kitchen and bathrooms usually with it

If your really worried why did you do it lol? I cleaned a lot, try not to inhale a lot of it .

I clean with bleach every weekend. It's OK providing you aren't purposely inhaling large amounts.

If you absolutely must use it, dilute it a lot and make sure you're in a well ventilated area. I sugget looking up natural cleaning products though....vinegar works wonders for everything! And baking soda!

vinergar works great! i used it when my LO started to move around and put everything in her mouth!

also it makes kitchen sinks and taps loook sooo sparkly!

I don't use it that often but needed to clean kitchen and now i feel like vomiting
