Lela’s Famous Burgers:
- 1LB-1.25LBs Ground Beef
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons Dijon Mustard.
- Worcestershire Sauce (several splashes)
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 3 Tablespoons Ketchup
- Enough Red Onion to equally distribute in the ground beef. (I’ve had the best results putting the onion in a food processor)
