A friend of mine recently posted a pic of her 6 yr old daughter with her hands behind her back and a thick black tape covering her mouth. The girl doesn't look upset, but this photo seems so inappropriate. I flagged it but did nothing else. WWYD?

It sounds like it could be interpreted as inappropriate, a joke made in bad taste.

if the little girl is alright or laughing, thats fine i mean i used to play around like that when i was little with my cousins. tie them to chair and tape their mouth. they could of been playing.

It would help if you provided a picture.

I don't think so. Her elbows are too high up. The corners of her eyes are squinted, so I think she is smirking. I just PMd my friend to let her know it looks bad.

good grief, my kids put tape over their mouths all the time.

why would you report it? I dont' think I ever saw anythign on FB rules about tape on mouths being bad

I'm sure if it was bad they wouldn't have posted it on fb for people to see. It's obviously a joke. Playing around.

I don't think I would have reported it. When I was younger I would beg my parents to hog tie me & duct tape my mouth, lol. It was fun & I wanted to see if I could get out of it.

A man was arrested not too long ago for taping his kids mouth shut. I know this isn't far fetched.
