Anyone have any idea?

I will be speaking to one of my doctors about this at my next appt.

Not sure if this matters but I am on Cymbalta for depression & ambien for my insomnia,I also have Implanon & just began (yesterday) taking Phentermine again after a 1 month break. The last 3-4 weeks (I have been on all the other meds since August 2011 & August of this year) I get super lightheaded when walking,sitting,lying down etc & my vision gets blurry & my hearing becomes distorted,I get nauseous & I have fainted a few times. Has this happened to anyone else? Were you on any of these meds? If not,what was the problem?

It could be an interaction of any of those. I'd guess the phentermine though. Maybe it's interacting with somethign else?
