Me too! I would get the worst hot flashes and shakes during my period. Eff being a woman...and as far as birth... I just keep telling myself, every woman does it. Every woman before me did it. We're made to do this. That's all that gets me through because I am about to lose my mind, like holy smurf a freaking human being is going to come out of my vag!!! My SO's penis barely fits in there, how is that baby going to come out?!?!?! lol have faith in yourself!

Eh, you will be fine. Just go in with the mindset that you can do it. The pain is minimal and very temporary!!! Millions of women have been giving birth for centuries and centuries most without pain meds. Your body is made to do this and you will kick ass at it!

i barely bled after birth. its been a week today n i have like nothing there yayy lol, different than with my first baby lol.

but anyway omg u needd a vibrating chair. my girl sleeps in there like all day. n a swing is goood cus it keeps them calm. cus theydont do much n its great those for the next months. i have like a billion receivuing blankets n a few big blankets. n hand mittens, used everyday. lots of oneies n the button up or zippered things u put over the oneies. thats all my girl wears now lol. i bought six little bottles n that was enough. bottle brushes, diapers i use newborn. wipes, hats, and a bath tub n hooded towel n wash clothes, baby shampoo, diaper rash cream, nasal spray for infants, gas drops, pacy. thats really it., not too much right now
