posted 10th Oct
so I plan to breast feed my baby but I also want to pump too, But I'm a little overwhelmed by all of the choices of bottles to get. I was thinking about Playtex drop ins or evenflo or maybe avent. There are so many choice can some body give me some feed back as to what worked for them??? Thank you!!!!

I will be no doubt be getting some at my baby shower. But I plan on buying a pack of Dr. Browns. But...I will only buy one pack at first, to be sure he likes them.

The Breast Flow bottles worked best for us while breast feeding.

Depends on baby. I always loved Dr. Browns and this time am using Scent. My son is breastfed so has only had two bottles.

We use Tommee Tippie and we love them because he can go back and forth between boob and bottle with no nipple confusion.

The Medela calma, best by far. Doesn't leak and baby has to use same suckle they use at breast to get any milk.

Everyone has recommended Tommee Tippee to me so that is what I have. I haven't used them yet though.

I'm using Adiri with this baby... they are by far the most breast-like bottle I've ever seen and I didn't want to worry about nipple confusion. The only downside is they aren't sold in stores (that I've found). I ordered mine from Amazon.

the only one my son would take were the cheapies..evenflow, gerber, and parent choice..each about a dollar a bottle! Avent were the worst.

I got a ton of Avent (they leaked everywhere made huge messes). My kids hated them, they liked the cheapies. Fine by me!

I breastfeed my daughter and she seems to like th Playtex Nurser (drop ins) the best. Although it did take a little while for her to get used to the faster flow of the bottle nipple compared to my breast.

I've used several kinds, Dr. Brown's are good but take alot more time to clean because of all the parts and pieces. I personally like the Playtex Vent-Air bottles the best and I have those and some of the Similac bottles this time around.
