any tips

I am trying to lose weight from having my daughter. All i want to do is eat junk food though. I need like a good meal plan or like diet plan but i dont wanna starve myself.

No pop..it does wonders. Eat several small meals a day. Do a 30min work out. Thts what I do and ive lost 6lbs in 9days...just had my dd end of sept

so I don't know when you had your baby but it does take a little time to lose it all...don't get too concerned. Focus on healthy eating. If you were a good weight before baby than get back into your old eating and exercise habits again. Even when your weight come off the post baby body needs some special toning and time to get back into shape...you were pulled all different directions for quite some time!
mostly its will power. You have to be ready and committed to make it happen

Try herbalife. It's just like junk food but in a healthy shake form. My weakness is snickers and peanut butter cup. Mmmm
