She needs to stop being your best friend and be your MOTHER. I see you resenting her for being your best friend and not your mother later down the road. My mother is one of my best friends NOW but was my mother when it counted.

im realistic about my mom. I would like for her to be a mother to me but its been 17 years shes not gonna change. all she saw me as was a child support check and as i got older she became more friend than mom. i don't even call her mom

No way in hell would she be my best friend. My best friends would even tell me that getting pregnant to keep a man is ludicrous. It sounds like she just doesn't want to deal with you being upset or she just doesn't care about anything but money. How can you even consider her a friend? Ugh....you deserve better people in your life than that.
