My 4.5 month old daughter had a cold about a week ago but now she just has phlegm i can hear in her chest and she coughs here n there is that normal? I had the cold too & some phlegm.
It may not be in her chest, more than likely it is in her throat.
If she begins running even a low grade fever I would take her in though, or just for peace of mind take her in anyway.
