I'm not a huge fan of eggs myself, but I love poached eggs on toast, and if I'm going to eat them that is usually how I make them. Occasionally I will crave a fried egg or scrambled eggs but normally no.

I love eggs.

Over-easy with buttered toast for dipping is probably my favourite. ^_^

I also love scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, deviled eggs, egg salad sandwiches, and fried egg sandwiches.

If my husband is cooking them - sunny side up. He's the best at cooking them.

If I have to cook them, scrambled, because that's all I can seem to do! However, my scrambled eggs are better than his scrambled eggs. lol

LOL me too, I love eggs! Scrambled with ketchup and hot sauce, in an omelet, over easy, in a sandwich or as egg salad, hard boiled with a dash of salt, poached over hash, just frigging love me some eggs.

It depends what I'm doing with them. If it's just on the side with breakfast, I like them scrambled with cheese (and sometimes sauteed onion, bell pepper and tomato), if it's on a breakfast sandwich I like it fried, and I love hard boiled egg salad!
