Well.. We have a maltese that one is under 25lbs. He's GREAT. Best dog you can ever ask for. He doesn't need a leash at all. He doesn't care about other people, other dogs, other cats, other anything if it has nothing to do with you then it has nothing to do with him. He listens on all commands. I adopted him when he was 4 (7 now)years old at the shelter. When I adopted him I didn't have a baby yet. I didn't care about his background. I just took him home and damn I am blessed. I knew he was great with everything. He loves my now 2 year old sister. He met my sister when she was born. He was so great with her/ He's great with my 4 month old too. I also have a golden retriever that is great with babies, 4 years old now. I also have a black labrador that is greatttttttt with babies also, (6 month old puppy)
