I would NEVER let the gerber jar foods replace his formula...I would give it too him in between feedings or after a feeding. It just seems like the formula is not enough. Poor thang stares at me when I eat a sandwich He is so big yall, he really is...lol so round and chunky...everyone thinks he could pass for 8 months.

LOL that's how i was when i was a baby. i was always off the growth chart. when i was three weeks old, i was wearing a size 6-9 month dress. when i was two years old, i was wearing a size 4t almost 5t.
i'm almost 5'10" now. lol.

Actually, yes I do shop at Sams( I LOVE sams) and every month I buy those huge containers of formula( they are 32 $) he is on Similac Advance.

then buying jar food would just be more of burden on your wallet.

You can make your own baby food, you dont HAVE to buy it.

I know but I would never reduce his formula....just wanted to add to what he is eating, after or in between a feeding.

My SIL baby, who is almost 7 months is a piggy with his milk too and downs 3 gerber jars a day :O He is so round!

Why are you shakeing your head? I have never made baby food. After 6 months my girls loved gerber and its what I gave them and their forula and had some table food, but I really didn't give them table food till after 1.

is it the sam's brand formula? on the package it says it is made like enfamil and similac advance. check out the ingredients and amounts between the two. you'll be surprised. it saves soooo much money! lol.

and they will usually reduce the amount of formula you get, so you will be buying even more formula.
