Pantry basics.... give me a list!

We're moving to the Country soon and because we have been so bad at shopping and eat out mostly we have no supplies anymore and I won't be able to just run to the store whenever I need something... sadly.

I'll have 600 bucks to stock when we move in. I'm thinking like all the basics and Non perishable type things that should always be on hand.

Canned tomatoes
Various creams( Mushroom, tomato etc etc)
Baking powder
Vinegar
Beans(canned)
Various spices
Canned cream corn/kernels
Special treats...mmmmmm...chips and popcorn...
Canned black olives( they are a must in my house bahaha)
Canned peas
Olive oil


I surely have forgotten lots and lots of stuff.

Veggies
Koolaid
Tea bags
Corn meal
Flour
Sugar
Pasta sauces
Noodles
Various cream soups (chicken, mushroom)
Snacks
Rice
Mac & cheese

it is, but you don`t need to get everything. I`m sure she knows there are things on there that she will never need.

Pasta
Sauce
Canned veggies
Soup
Beans
Snacks
Cereal

I live about 25 min from the store now so I always keep on hand"
Crm of mushroom, cream of chicken, chicken broth
macaroni and cheese, parmasean noodles, angel hair pasta, alfreado sauce
rice
italian and ranch seasoning packets, bbq sauce, taco seasoning, onion soup seasoning, caesar salad dressing
parm cheese and american cheese
tons of frozen stuff like stuffed noodles, dumplings, veggies, chicken, shrimp, fish, chicken nuggets,etc
And I go once a week to get fresh veggies/fruits and meat.

But even if I can't get to the store I can make stuff like
chicken and dumplings, italian chicken over rice or noodles, ranch chicken or pork chops, caesar salad sandwiches, chicken or shrimp alfredo with broccoli, and we'll have some sort of veggie and maybe parm noodles to go with

If you live in BFE deff stock up on paper towels and TP lol.

I normally stock up on:

Flour
brown sugar
sugar
spices
salt & pepper (last me a long time)
Oatmeal
Bullion cubes (chicken and beef) and broth
Crackers
Pasta
Tomato paste
diced tomatoes ( I make sure to stock up on these!)
All types of beans (use them a lot for different recipes)


I always go frozen if not fresh for veggies.

Thanks ladies! This whole moving away thing is so overwhelming. I feel like I'm going to need to be one of those super awesome super Mom's who blogs about grocery shopping and has everything in order. hahah. ugh.

The one thing I won't need is spices. I hoard spices.  Where most have a spice rack I have a three level cupboard full plus a rack and they always fall out when I open it.

HAHAHA...sounds like me and SO. We both HOARD spices like no other. Eh...I like the variety.
