Where can I find

Spools of tulle to make tutu's? I looked at Walmart but they didn't have the spools.

try a store that specializes in fabric!
Michael's Joann's, Hobby Lobby, local craft/fabric stores, etc

Hobby Lobby has a spool for 3.99. i forget how much is on 1 spool though
