Thats why because they were close to the border. My family lives past mexico city. Its about a 24-36 hr drive from the border.

As heath concern i put there has been 100 deaths from Denge fever in that state since 2010 and how much it would concern me to have my children live there. also USA Citizens not allowed the mexican health care, so how am i suppost to pay if they get sick..

Mexico isnt a state. Its a country. There are states in mexico. No not all of the states are dangerous the ones closer to the border are dangerous.Uh they will be in mexico. They will need to learn spanish. Also my mom received health care and shes a US Citizen.

I use to live in El Paso and have family that lives in Juarez Mexico just look that up on Google and you'll find tons of articles about cartel and killings.. I think anywhere near the borders are dangerous, even places like Cancun and vacation spots are getting worse.

Vacation spots yes because there is tourists. My family lives in puebla mexico and the worst thing there is stuff going on with the volcano.

And why would you have to move there

I'm helping my husband with a hardship waver, Him as a the USA citizen has to show extreme hardship to him and our USAC kids if our family is forced to move to mexico.

I'm kind of going through something similar. SO isn't a citizen, he came here with his mom when he was 10. He already had court though and he didn't have to have proof of anything he just said he doesn't want to go back because it wasn't safe, and told them about his cousin getting killed. They aren't making him go back now.

So is he a resident or illegal?

He just got his work permit and now has his license and ssc but he's not a citizen yet. Like he'll have to renue his work permit every year or until he becomes a citizen.

Lol. Yeah but they cant force US Citizens to move to mexico because they live in Arizona. If anything to another state here. Of course i dont specifically know whats going on in Arizona with those things either.

They will denie me the Visa in the first interview, then husband has to submit a waver, as how him and our children will be affected if i dont get approved
example: He will have to leave his job here in the usa,

Our two oldest children have a speech delay problem, they barely talk
english as it is, (english its their first language so if they go to mexico
their problem will only worsen [ we have the speech therapist's note as evidence]
alot more other useful harship we have used, He already has a 20 page letter and a 130 pages evidence, but iguess that concider a little for the embassy:/
