Right now he's only 8 months old, but I call it his winky.
When he gets older I will be telling him the correct terminology.

His pee pee or his privates

We also use penis or pee-pee or privates...no super silly names in our house.

The proper nomenclature is: Penis.

Penis... My 18 month old says Pee Pee

we called my sons a pee-pee until we started potty training...now we alternate between that and penis although sometimes LO will call it his tale...lol

I have 3 boys and we just call it a penis since thats what it is lol

I had a friend who's little brother called his a 'thoing-thoing' i thought it was so cute.

I have girls but my 4 year old is going through the curious phase and tells me shes gonna see daddy's doodle one day. She calls her own stuff a crotch or a bagina. When I was young my gram called it a peachy and to this day I can't eat whole peaches or look at them without thinking of vaginas

Lol my grandma always called mine a turtle, i always feel awkward saying turtle when i do see one. I have no idea where she got the idea to call mine a turtle.

My mom used monkey as a name for our vagina. He eats pickles and he knows the difference though so no problem from it yet
