Age difference and dating

What is the largest age difference between you and someone you've dated? Do you think age matters if two people really care about each other?

4 years, so, not all that much.
I think it's a case by case basis on whether or not age matters. I don't think one size fits all.

I dont know. But I know I wouldnt date a 18 - 22 year old.

I didn't know it till after we were together a month or so but my husband and I are 9 years apart, my parents are 14.

Dated, maybe 8 years. Just hooked up with, 10 years. I don't think age matters but you have to take in to consideration things like, having children and when you're older and retired are you ok with the older one possibly passing way before you (although that can happen from accidents at any time).

I once dated a man who was 12 years older then me. I don't think age really matters.

SO is 27, I'm 21.

It seems like all the men my age or slightly older are turned off by me having a daughter. They're also all college-age and want to act like immature little kids. I've always dated older, but it seems like all the men that have what I want(a stable job, don't mind me having a child, are past the party-phase) are 10 + years older than me.

I have no problem dating that much older, it doesn't bother me. But I'm afraid people would think I was a gold-digger or he was a pervert.

DH, he's 2 years and 9 months older than me. I don't think age really matters once you're an adult.

i dont think age should matter. my dad is 20 yrs older than my stepmom (who is 4 yrs older than me) and they are so great together i am very happy for them. the oldest i dated was 10 yrs. older

I have no interest in older men. I like guys my age or a little older, or younger.   lol

SO is 13 years older.

i totally dont get girls up to 16 dating guys 28+

dont know why its just...weird, probably cause up to 16 they are still kids in my eyes...

to me, as long as you both are happy, age is just a number. my step grandma is 10 years older then my grandpa and he is way happier with her then he was with my dads mom that was the same age. my hubby and I are 5 years apart and i'm happier with him then I ever was with any other guy that was closer to my age.
