When you can't post pictures of him on FB because someone has to always comment a smart ass remark like "I hope that's your dad!" or "You can do so much better!" It gets to you sometimes.

Also, I would try to be his friends without rushing into a relationship so you can get the idea what he wants and where he is expecting the relationship to go.

I don't have a FB anyway, but I'm sure there would be troubles just like any relationship.
I'm not planning to rush into things, I want to take my time. Thank you for the advice, I appreciate it.

Oh, trust me, I do. It still makes me upset seeing them though. I didn't know people could be so rude like that, especially if you know them IRL.

Yeah and so blatant too! I mean, it's one thing to pull you aside and voice their concern but to just post it on Facebook for everyone to see is seriously rude.

Quoting FaithLovesBaby:" What is the largest age difference between you and someone you've dated? Do you think age matters if two people really care about each other?"

22 years.

He was tall, sexy and fit.

My fiance is a little less older than that, but very much the same type. I have never dated anyone my age, and definitely haven't dated more than 2-3 people under 10 years older since turning 18. Most men under 30 are boring to me because they haven't travelled and few have interesting jobs or captivating ambitions. My type is 35-46, definitely.

I used to be self-conscious about liking older men.. until I realized all my friends would always have the hots for them. I catch women checking out my fiance all the time, especially when he's clad in his best suit, kinda awesome

Hooked up- 9 years, we hung out a few times but believe it or not he was immature about the situation and treated me like a baby.
Long term dating- 5 years, we ended up dating for a year but that ended with him being unfaithful because he believed some chick (who wanted him) saying I was cheating on him while he was away at work.. Only to find out 2 weeks after that it was all a lie. He wanted to fix things and work it out, but I was over it. Odontoceti give cheaters second chances!
My husband and baby daddy- he is 2 years younger than me, and he's perfect. We had our bumps and a falling out (lasted 2 weeks) but we got through everything weve gone through we managed to do it together and fall even more in love. We appreciate each other so much, and know all we want is each other and to be with our 2 baby girls <3
