baby walkers

whats your opinions on baby walkers? i have heard mixed reviews on them.

Dangerous and can hinder walking development

There really are no positives to them

My kids all used one. Loved them. Just be careful they dont go by stairs.

Annoying & useless. My son couldn't move in it.. I mean, how do you walk while sitting down anyhow?!

Man my kids were all over the place in the damn thing. Running into my heels were a favorite thing of the smurf heads.

I love them! DS has always had really strong legs and he loves his! Being hit in the heels umpteen times a day really is a bitch tho! X

Hahaha those baby walkers are HUGE.

my son LOVED his, it helped a lot and he used it from 6-12 months until he realized he could climb out of it and once that started happening, it got put up. It actually helped him to start walking.

They are illegal in Canada. For good reasons, I assume.

I don't feel my LO missed out on anything by never being in one.

My kids loved them.

Of course, you need to use some common sense when using them, such as baby gates and basic baby proofing.

If you're not a complete fool, they are great.

Common sense is lacking now a days

my son LOVES his. those lights and buttons keep his little mind occupied for a long time.

I think they are ADORABLE.
