Just throwing this out there! My son just started standing this week at 9 months and has taken a few steps. Idk if the walker has helped but it seems it hasn't inhibited him. My nephew started doing that this week and he turned one in september. Every baby is different I guess!

Because people are stupid. However, my son walked at 8 months without the aid of any kind of walking device. It all depends on the baby.
