Breastfeeding

What breastfeeding information did you find was the most helpful?
Did you bring your information with you to the hospital? and if you did did you actually look at it/ use it? of was it something you could've just left at home?
I have lactation specialists at my hospital to help me with any questions I might have but I was trying to figure out if I should bring the information I have with me... and what bits of information that I have would be most helpful to bring...

Ya I didn't have anything packed to bring with me but I saw a few people commenting about the things they brought/ were bringing and it got me worried thinking I should bring the information I have and possibly get more information together.

I wish I had gone to La Leche League meetings while pregnabt. I would bribg the phone number of a local LLL leader. They are mothers who have breastfed & also who also who have gone through an accredidation process The mother to mother support I get at meetings is AWESOME! Also, not all Lactation Consultants are created equally are they IBCLC? Some LC's give bad advice and may not be as experienced as you would think.
also, bring the right attitude with you your body was made to breastfeed your baby. You can do this! It is by far the most amazubg, vonding, beautiful, & challenging experience
