Have you dilated or effaced at all? Even if you haven't they would just induce you.

how sure are you of the date you conceived?

that was smurfing torture. a friend came to visit me & would NOT stop cracking jokes  

End of pregnancy isnt pleasant, your body is getting ready for baby so it generally is sore. Just hang in there till your 42weeks and try been induced first. Im sure your midwife will do what is best for you and baby unfortunately you just have to wait it out.

Maybe your not as far along as you think? Or maybe you are and you'll go into labor on your own soon or maybe you'll have to get induced but you should be trying to avoid a c section never the less, not opting for one.

YES! I thought I was tearing my insides up the first time I laughed ! .... then there was the first poop , I had never been so scared to take a poop in my life .
Try one of those big balls , roll around on it to help . You can also walk as much as you can , really being active is the best bet . Nothing can really speed it up other then being induced , and sometimes that doesn't always work like it should ... I know it's painful just try to take it one day at a time they won't let you go much further .

My husband makes me laugh ALL day.. OMG ... I thought I was going to die.. Then the nurse that had me so upset I was bawling and almost hyperventilating.. Not fun. I guess I waited too long to get out of bed too so it was 100x worse.
