Was this over a period of even like two months? Could some of that stuff be on previous card statements? That could be your proof that this wasn't "sprung" on her or him. And also, it's not rock solid evidence, but disproving that he didn't give you permission for the flight/hotel will definitely help your case that you were using the card per his instructions. Do you maybe have texts that correspond with the purchase of certain items? Like "I really like that new blue dress you bought with my card" or something. Idk.

The card was in his name. I think she might have given him the money to pay the bill off to keep her from finding out. I don't know how it works and she only requested the bill because she wasn't able to buy anything on it?

Well I would def keep all the mail info and pretty much think that just the gifts kind of proof that he had no concerns about buying you all you wanted.

I have a card in my name and I'm a sahm. My husband doesnt have access to the card but he pays it every month.

I do feel bad about it though and if I had the money I think I would pay it back. It makes me feel bad that she wasn't able to feed her kids and she even mentioned it but in her message she didn't blame her husband once - just me. I was the two bit whore stealing money from her family and her children and that made me feel worse.

If that were the case here, she wouldn't be able to request a statement, no?

Like I said before, she said they've been together 8yrs. She's not going to believe anyone but him. I'm sure that even when the pics are in her face, she'll be in denial. Best bet is to hold on to any and all evidence of the relationship. That way it's not likely they can say you stole the card. xo
