  Make sure you have the emails or any other proof that he gave you the card information and told you you could use it.

do you have anything documented ? emails? texts? twitter?
... that sucks big time.

Do you have the emails he sent you stating you could use his credit card information for more than one thing? She could have a case if emails weren't saved and proper information to prove he was the one in the wrong.

That is a tricky one. I would def go through and save convos. Sorry erased my before statement though he came to see you not the other way

Chat logs might hold up in court.

  this is why I would never date someone I met online.

I think you should speak to a lawyer yourself. Since you don't have any proof that he gave you the card information, both him and his wife could say you stole it.

Make sure you get as much proof that you two had a relationship, all the e-mails, phone bills, gifts, etc. That will help.

well when you booked the flight and had to enter all the info of the credit card, whos name was on the card???

(im assuming it was his since you didnt know he was married... so its his fault)

I don't know about anyone else, but whenever I book hotels, etc ... I always have to enter my name as it appears on my credit/debit card. When we get to hotels, we have to show ID. How'd you get around this?

I'd gather all the proof you possibly can of all the info he gave you.

Yep, keep that. How did you guys check in? Didn't he have the card with him? You guys had a relationship, it's not like you came across the card and stole it. If he was with you then he knew you used the card.

I am not sure. That is definitely a tricky situation.

Also, if it goes that far(fraud), your lawyer should be able to pull security footage or at least records from the hotel PROVING that he was there with you.. I'd defianetly get in touch with a lawyer ASAP xo

Yes, I'm getting everything together. He deleted his twitter page or changed the username I don't know which one. The e-mails become scarce because we started to communicate on webcam more often than e-mails and I can't find a single thing with him giving me permission to use it. I'm scared. I don't have any money for a lawyer and won't have any money until next month.
