cycles days?

If period starts on Oct 1st, and your next one isn't excepted tell Nov. 5th are your cycles 28days or 35days? Do you count the week you are on or not? Probably a stupid question. lol TIA

You count from the start of the day after your period (if it starts in the PM) until the day your next period starts.

So if it ended on sunday night, I count monday (oct 8th) till the day it starts again which should be Nov. 5th. right? 28days? Just wondering since all the ovalation calculator says I should ovulate on friday, which doesn't sound right. lol

Yes that's right. You really can't rely on ovulation calendars because cycle length doesn't determine ovulation day. OPKs are a good start and to know for sure when you ovulate you'll need to temp/chart.
