newborn won't sleep in crib

posted 9th Oct
Help me!
I've tried swaddling... she hates it!
I've tried massaging her for a long time... she wakes up instantly after I sstop...
I've tried rocking her to sleep or walking her around ... she wakes up instantly after I stop.
I've tried a dark room with a little light and music.
I'm getting no sleep. She only sleeps good whenever she is laying on me or next to me or in the swing but in the swing she wakes up frequently.
I'm not okay with letting her crying it out because it's those LOUD horrible cries
SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

Let her sleep next to you.
Bouncy Chair
You should never let a newborn CIO. People who choose to CIO usually start around 6-12 months never earlier than 6 months though.

Why not try bed-sharing or co-sleeping? She's a newborn, she'll want to be with her mommy.

How old is she?

Each of my kids at one point in time slept in the bouncy chair or swing as it was the only thing that would calm them and I could get other things done

this. DS slept with us in bed till he was 2 months and then he started to sleep in his bouncer-rocker-chair thingy., its right beside my bed..he loves it...he is 3 1/2 months now and when he starts holding his bottle I am gonna move him to his crib. He only naps in his crib in the day.

we used a bassinet right next to our bed for almost 3 months with each of ours. I've heard good things about one of those co-sleeper thingys but I don't remember which one.

DD slept in her bassinet pack n' play for almost 5 months, right next to my bed. She probably wants to be near you. Try it.

My son slept on my chest or me and him on our sides face to face for two months. Baby was in side you for nine months, this world is big and new. Just let baby be close to you for a little while. My son is now four months and sleeps great in his crib.
