It helps with weight loss and it does give you energy. I take it before I go into work at 5am I can go without wanting something to eat til 6pm or later it just makes you feel so full. I drink a lot of water it helps. And I have to tell myself hey you haven't ate in couple of hours eat and I'll munch on some peanut butter crackers protein is helpful so you don't feel blah lol

I drink regular hot tea. I drink a cup in the morning before I eat anything, then one in the evening as a wind down. There are a lot of mixed teas, I like blueberry green for a different flavor.

I use zeal for life. I just started last friday so today makes a week for me so far its helped me not crave sugar, and helped control my hunger and gave me energy. Its a wellness drink packed with vitamins, it gives your body what it needs not to crave stuff (when you have a craving its your body lacking something) so far so good and im only using the wellness but other people have used the weight management kit and had awesome results with it. I like that its all natural cause i dont like the way most pills make me feel like i have jitters or light headed
