Are you burping her afterwards? I mean it is normal for them to spit up. Is she in pain? If not I'd say as long as she's wetting enough and it's not projectile vomit, then she's probably fine.

She spits up? Make sure you burp her. Take her off your breast every few minutes to burp her. If your flow is too fast that could be why so express some out till it slows down a bit and then feed her. Don't feed her laying down have her somewhat sitting up. When shes done eating don't lay her flat. Put her on the bouncer or swing so shes sitting up.
If it keeps happening and its at every feeding she could have acid reflux. Talk to her doctor they can prescribe soomething for that.

She may have Infant Acid Reflux ..try nursing in the football hold, burping more often, and sit her up in the car seat for 30 prior to laying her down. Hope this helps.

How do you burp her? Sometimes they don't burp if you just put them over your shoulder. I found it easier to burp my son by sitting him on my lap and burping him like that.

Also if your milk just really came in, It may be shooting into her mouth too fast making her choke a lil or gag a bit........express some first then put her on the breast.

spitting up is common. It may lesson as the baby gets a better hang of the eating thing. It may lesson was your body adapts its supply as well. Some babies, however, will just be spitters and will spit up more than others.
