I don't feel like cooking today...I've been losing weight good... I want to eat out..like a fast food place... What could I get that is healthy besides salad, just something under 500 cals

Go to subway or something if you must eat out. Look up nutrition facts BEFORE you get to the place
and don't order a soda or anything but water

I go to subway and get the buffalo chicken 12 inch sub
The ACTUAL calories vary by who makes your sandwich but this is what I get
9grain honey oat bread 12 inch
Buffalo chicken
No cheese
Lettuce
Tomato
Black olives
Ranch
That's 840 for 12 inches but you could save half for lunch the next day
It is very filling
Go to the subway site though they have a make your own sandwich calorie counter and its got all the subs and fixins and tells you everything in your sandwich that you need to put into MFP - sodium, vitamins, fat etc
