I was recently advised to try giving my son St. John's Wort which, being natural, is preferable to experimenting with mood altering medications at this point. Other things have been suggested, but I'd like to try this first.
So, I've been Googling, and now I'm seeking some information from parents who's children take St. John's Wort for depression or anxiety..
